Phoenix Real Estate Market Set Foreclosure Record in 2009

Lenders foreclosed on 41,000 Phoenix homes in 2009, according to the latest ASU Realty Studies report. That’s a new record and accounts for 35% of existing home transactions in the Phoenix real estate market.
