Greater Phoenix Real Estate August Market Update II: Foreclosure Sales Still a Good Deal

Let’s see what’s gone on in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area real estate markets this past month:
Scottsdale
The number of homes resold in Scottsdale in July decreased 12.5%, but that’s after a 33.3% increase in June; July’s 385 homes resold is still 17% above May.  Median prices in Scottsdale decreased, too, 10.2% to $450,000.
